Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

You can request deletion of your CostSnap account and all associated data at any time. We will permanently remove your account, projects, photos, voice notes, and any other data we hold about you.

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

If you have the CostSnap app installed:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the tab bar).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account and data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email:

Include the email address associated with your CostSnap account in your message. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, email, country, postal code)
  • All projects and estimates
  • All photos and voice notes stored in your account
  • Activity history

What May Be Retained

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you. Subscription and payment records may be retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
