Welcome to CostSnap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CostSnap mobile application ("App") and related services operated by CostSnap ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using CostSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CostSnap offers a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described in the App.
Premium features are available through paid subscription plans (Smart and Unlimited). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding associated with CostSnap are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
You retain ownership of photos and voice notes you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though certain provisions (including liability limitations and indemnification) survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
